We offer cut and style for women and men, blow waves and hair-ups, and a full colour range — tints, foils, balayage, toners and colour correction. We also provide remedy treatments including Olaplex, colour cleanse and intense conditioning. Every service is tailored to your hair and the look you're after.

Women's cut and style ranges from $160–$190 and men's from $110–$130. Colour starts around $130 for a regrowth tint, with foils from $170 and balayage from $350–$500. Some services like colour correction are priced on application. Full current pricing is on our services page.

We use O&M (Original Mineral), an Australian colour and styling brand. O&M removes harsh chemicals wherever possible and includes natural extracts and active minerals that deliver real benefits to your hair. Choosing a cleaner colour range means beautiful results with less compromise on your hair's health.

Yes. All services booked online require a deposit, which comes straight off the cost of your appointment. The deposit is fully refundable as long as you give more than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Yes — balayage, foils and blonde work are among our most requested services, with balayage ranging from $350–$500 depending on length and thickness. Our senior stylists have extensive experience in blonde and lived-in colour. For a first-time colour change, we're happy to talk through the right approach for your hair.

Hues Hair was founded in 2016 by Jamie Hughes, who brought more than a decade of industry experience to the studio. The team includes senior stylists Andy King and Monica Fernandez. We're a small, creative studio, so you'll be looked after by experienced hands who take the time to understand what you want.

Every appointment begins with a consultation to understand your hair, your history and the result you're after. Being an intimate studio, we take an unhurried, personal approach — with good coffee from Industry Beans and tea from Love Tea on hand. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Yes, a 15% surcharge applies to all services on public holidays. Regrowth colour prices assume 6–10 weeks of growth; if your hair needs extra colour or time, additional charges may apply. Your stylist will always talk you through any added cost before starting.
